Help solve the problem of starting Traktor Pro 3 🙏

Native Access (current version: 3.3.0)

Same one, just reinstalled traktor on a new pc and it never launched

Hello,

Traktor doesn't start and never has since I installed it. The crash info pops up instantly when I click the shortcut. Crashlog attached.

Traktor 3.10.1 has encountered a major problem and has been terminated

i somebody a problem with this, Traktor 2 works fine
