In any case if it’s not a second hand device, its brand new serial should register your hardware
I am a Newbie and i have the same problem with my Komplete Now monthly Subscription. All the Serialnumbers i got could be installed correctly (the software), but not the Komplete Now Serialnumber...I have the same issue and the same sentence that the user is questioning about.
I don`t have NI Hardware. Maybe it is because Kontakt 7 does not work with my Laptop....I don`t know. Kontakt 6 works fine.
be prepared to not get a response from support for this. Still waiting a week + with nothing
