Cursor freezes on Traktor pro 3 out of no reason

And happened again on an Intel cpu Mac during a live gig.

Had the same during a live play... had to slow volume down and just let the people wait until I restart it again... where can I find an answer how to solve this asap?

Someone claims that the problem is provoked by sync and move tempo fader , Quote :

i found the solution, its a traktor bug, usualy freeze when you sync and then you move the tempo fader,,

Soludion: just press the sync button from your keyboard or your midi

Other people do not even need the Traktor to get their MAC cursor freezing , ref. : M1 MacBook Air - freezing cursor and stuck track pad

and that kind of makes it that more confusing.... 🤔

I've had this problem twice now while on zoom with a class. I need to restart the whole computer to get control back. Please tell me there is a fix. I can't teach like this.
