S4 MK3 Faders and Sync

When starting my traktor I usually center all the faders so when I turn it on the faders are in alignment with traktor pro software. Once I mix and use the sync feature the faders are no longer in alignment and I am unable to get them to realign. I also notice I am limited in the tempo adjustment I am able to make. Any resolution? Thank you.

You are using relative faders. It's quite nice once you get used to them.

You can use shift + mode the fader. This will reset the position to anywhere you like without affecting the speed. Give it a try.

But you can also change the behavior in the settings if you want.

Thank you much. The shift button really helps tremendously. I will try absolute faders another time to see how that works. Much appreciated.
