Changed email and password now my license is Not Transferable

in Komplete General

I have changed my NI email and password and my Komplete 13 Ultimate changed from being transferable to not transferable. Has anyone encountered such an issue?


This is not the account I have the problem with; can't seem to access the community with that native email.
