Trying To Sell My Maschine Mk3 but can't transfer the software? it's locked
is the only way to contact native instruments an e-mail? I don't see any phone numbers or chat features to contact them?
I purchased the item months ago so it should be past that time? I don't understand why it's locked

AFAIK, there’s no need to transfer the software for the Mk3, only the hardware registration. The new owner of the hardware will automatically receive a new software license upon registration of the hardware.
