How to activate (Monolith, Elysium, Balkan Orch)

Hello,

I just purchased Komplete 14 collector & as you can see there are 3 additional products as a gift (Monolith, Elysium, Balkan Orch) I can’t see those 3 products in my native access account so does someone knows how to activate those third party plugins?

I received several emails regarding my product download & purchase but there aren’t any link for those plugins.

Actually NI no longer send serial numbers via email all is done automatically via native access.

According to there note as I received from there email:

“Remember: You will not receive any serial numbers by email. Native Access automatically registers your serial numbers so you don’t have to enter them manually”

Anyway I contacted NI support for this issue awaiting for there answer.

These third Party plugins are not in Native Access. Check your Emails there must be an activation code and the website where you have to login an activate your code.

Ok now they added them to my account. my issue solved.
