Where do I find the free extras with my Komplete Collector's Edition?

I finally bought the upgrade to the 14 collector's edition, partially because of the current promo that includes Monolith, Elysium, and Balkan Ethnic Orchestra. I was emailed serials for those three products after purchase, but they don't appear in Native Access, nor do the serials fit the format to add them into Native Access. Must I create an account with the maker of the plugins, and run their downloader to access my plugins? I can't find any instructions on the NI page or in the confirmation email.

    Problem solved, it showed up in Native Access a few hours later.

    Hello,

    i think you have to create an account on the artistryaudio website, maybe add the serial there then you will get the download and most likely a native access serial too. They also have instructions on the support webpage https://artistryaudio.com/support/
