Not sure what you mean by "the sampler is not working". Do you mean that you are not able to record audio in Maschine?
Does Maschine have Full Disk Access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Have you checked these settings? MASCHINE 2 Does Not Receive an Audio Signal with macOS 10.14 (or higher)
