Touch knob scrolls through software library but not hardware

MK3 Beginner

I am having an issue with my Maschine MK3.

The control knob on the right-hand side lets me scroll through the sound library in the software, and I can hear the previews of different sounds as I do, but the highlighted selected sound on the Maschine never changes.

I have to power off the Maschine and restart it to get the software and hardware to sync, but it only lasts a few minutes before it happens again.

My Maschine also spends a lot of time saying "Busy..." on the left screen and "See Software" on the right screen, which has never happened before. I have to hit the BROWSER button to make it disappear.

I am on Windows 11. Maschine version 2.16.1 (RO).

Losing sync is def not normal, something is very wrong there.

Not sure what could cause that, maybe a driver issue/conflict, I'd contact tech support.
