Traktor pro 2 not showing on Native Access

Hi guys, I need help for downloading Traktor pro 2.

I used Traktor pro 2 on windows but changed to Mac, tried to download same tractor pro 2 but it’s not showing in Native access.

My OS is Mojave and traktor pro 2 can work on this OS according to official NI information.

Of course I inputed serial number, then native access says this is serial of traitor pro 2, but never show it.

How can I download Traktor pro 2??

Thanks. I made support ticket and they answered very quickly. Traktor pro 2 doesn’t support Mojave. I checked official info but misunderstood with traktor pro 2 and Traktor 2.

I just tried traktor on a M2 macbook air and the program run, I just can't get it to activate through native access.
