TRK-01 install failed / Help needed

I've installed pretty much everything I need from Komplete Now, in Native Access. But every time I tried to install TRK-01 Bass, I get an install failed message. Every time. I don't know what to do to resolve this and install it.

Does anyone here have any suggestions?
