Maschine 2 weird behaviour: When Logic plays or recs the sounds cuts out

Hi,

I was finally able to register my Mikro MK3 and download the Maschine 2 software,

I love the drum machines kits, but can't really play them at the moment:

I'm using maschine as a VST in Logic, everything is fine and sounds good until I hit record (or play) in logic and try to play my groove with the pads (or playback the midi notes): the sounds cuts out, like I'm hearing the first milliseconds of the transient of the sounds and nothing more,

once I stop the DAW everything goes back to normal...

any suggestions?

I gave NI full file access, played around with buffer sizes...still the same problems...
