M1 MacBook Pro not working anymore with Traktor Pro 3

Hi dear community, I am really disappointed looking forward for a solution to be able to use my gear and software who's not working anymore since I changed my computer for the new M1.

I tried to put Rosetta 2 on my section get info of Traktor Pro 3 but nothing work either. I can't installed it.

Does someone can help me please. I Need to use Traktor Pro 3 for gigs and its been two weeks that im not able to use Traktor cause its freezing all the time and the software not read my dj controller s4mk2. I have to switch on VDJ to be able to play in emergency but I really hate this software

I have the latest version of Traktor Pro 3 - 3.5.2 and my Mac M1 have the latest version too 12.2.1

@Sin Less If I understand correctly you've installed Rosetta already but when you select get info on Traktor, there's no Rosetta option right? If that's the case maybe support can provide a workaround. @Ryan_NI do you mind checking this issue if OP should reach out to support?

Hey! Is it an M1 Pro or M1 Max processor? This would make a difference with compatibility, and we have a temporary workaround that would get you going.

Hey! Yeah - the workaround works for both M1 Pro and M1 Max. Try this out and let me know how it goes:

- Download and extract the file attached

- Close the official version of TRAKTOR

- Copy the Traktor.app to your desktop

- Start the application via [ATTENTION!] Right Click > Open > Open to avoid the error messages

- Close the application

- Start your official version of TRAKTOR and DO NOT TURN ON MULTICORE SUPPORT in the preferences after this.

Does this setup work reliably in the club with external Pioneer mixer and player (i have Traktor A 10) ?

I need some security because this weekend the clubs in Germany open again. One processor core is enough?

Hey @Ryan_NI , I'm on the top spec Mac Book Pro M1 Max , I know Traktor is not supported but I turned off the multicores and I was hopeful but it still crashed on me twice last night. I didnt open it in Rosetta but I couldnt see the option to either.

Is the solution you offered above something more than this, is I worth me trying? I tried to download the Zip but it doesn't seem to work. Could you send it to me if you think it might help? Id really appreciate it.

@cazcoDefinitely worth trying out @cazco if turning off the multicores doesn't work for you. Did you get any error message when downloading the zip file? Please disable any antivirus/firewall/popup-blockers just in case.

Why don't we all get the beta builds in the beta section? And why isn't there a sticky note from NI about the known issues of Traktor with the M1 Pro/Max computers?

Seeding these builds and information in threads makes it difficult to find for others who have the same problems.
