Can't get the mic output on imac

I'm using a Traktor S4mk3 with an iMac i5 2015. For some reason I cannot get the mic output on either channel, I have gone through the online video's, got all the settings correct, but still no output. if I use my windows laptop it works fine. Any help please

And name sure traktor is allowed to access the mic.

Post the screenshots of your settings and steps done just in case, maybe something is off.
