Add triplet mode for loops in traktor

This one is pretty self-explainatory. It is currently impossible to make triplets loops even using MIDI mapping which is quite a shame considering that it is not a difficult feature to implement and that other DJ controllers make it very easy to create triplets like the pioneer RX2.
