Guitar rig 5 asks for Service Center to activate
I know Guitar Rig 5 is old, but it opens when I run Logic in Rosetta on my new system. BUT, it opens in DEMO mode and asks for "Service Center" to activate. I see it in Native Access, and have tried to activate, reload etc. but nothing seems to help. Any ideas are welcome. Thank you Dan Rad

Guitar Rig 7 crackling after several minutes of use
After a few minutes of use on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1 .30GHz (1.50 GHz), 16.0 GB RAM (15.6 GB usable) Guitar Rig 7 starts to crackle and pop when used. If I close Guitar Rig 7 and then reopen it works again for a while. I have tried to restart the computer, but it doesn't help.

Guitar Rig 5 Microscopic in DAW
Just bought a new laptop after my Mac crapped out and installed Guitar Rig 5 from Native Access. When I open it in standalone, it's fine, however, in Studio One it's tiny and I can barely read the text. I can't figure out how to enlarge it or if I'm just going to have to upgrade.

Start up input and Output configuration settings
This should be a simple question to answer. Every time I start up the app, I have to reset the In & out to find the USB connections to the interface. There must be a default setting somewhere?

no proper control of device settings in second monitor of GR 7
in my DAW( Mixcraft). When I move the app. to second monitor the dials , buttons don't respond correctly. they seem to default to min state of what ever setting I try to adj. the app seems to work properly when in stand alone mode.
