Tape deck pre HELP

For some reason I can see the separate audio files that are included to load in to try the TAPE pre. to see if it runs ok , but when loaded it wont play . The tape just has a pause button showing.

How and where can I locate these files ! to check that they will run stand alone to prove they are live and usable, maybe they have not downloaded correctly to my drive so I need to locate them . Maybe only the labels are showing - have not attempted to put other files I know work into it YET depending on replies

this is working as a plug in in Logic Pro and not tried this in stand alone yet
