I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well, and it is in c:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\VST3, yet it doesn't in my plugins, though it can be seen in the plugin manager? It's very weird. (I've also tried Guitar Rig 7 in the first screenshot.)
Guitar Rig 7 is an effect, it does not produce sound. You are looking in the generator section, for instruments, like synthesizers and such. Please check this article: How to Insert Native Instruments Plug-ins in FL Studio 20 or FL Studio's resource.
Not familiar with FL at all - but is GR an actual "Generator" plugin?
Your screencap makes the phrase "Generator"sound like it is something special?
Remember that GR is an insert - just like an EQ or compressor or any other basic plug you would put on a typical track. It is not an "instrument" type VST - like say a synth etc.
