Cannot register my new Maschine MK 3

Hello

I just got a new Maschine MK 3 and every time I try to register the serial number I’m getting a “processing error”. I’ve double checked the number and it’s right, I’ve also tried a random number and received invalid so I know it’s my number. Please help I want to jam!

    I’m afraid that “processing error” means something by their side (servers problems or something like this).

    If this is the case, probably there’s nothing you can do until their issues get fixed
