installation issue
hello i cant re-install traktor 3 to a macbook air with m1 processor.I have follow the steps that NI suggest to do but with no success.Im talking about thr root folder issue.Any suggestions?Thank yoy!

I have been talking about this issue, NI & the team just don't care to update it's users.
They care more about the support & feedback from their new X1 MK3 unit released.

its rediculus that if you uninstall traktor for a reason not to be able to install it again!

Tried that about 4 times yesterday on my windows laptops...... Absolutely no luck at all

on windows i delete everything with the name traktor + NI (software+folders etc) i downloaded again and it works flawless,in my macbook that i do exactly the same doesnt work!the problem is that i work with my mac,my windows laptop is for back up,practise and downloading

How long are you having that issue? Maybe just a server issue with Native Access?
I seen raports from last two days and I also had problems with updating the Controller Editor recently.
