Failed Re-Install

HI.

I uninstalled Kontakt Factory library via add/remove programs in windows 10, so I could re install to an externall hardrive to save space on drive C. However the install failed because native access could not uninstall the original version. This of course would be impossible because it had already been uninstalled. I have created a ticket but was just looking to see if there is an easy fix.

    In which case, the reason I was seeing the factory library still, after uninstalling it was because there was a library folder in Hkey local machine in windows regedit. The instruction I found was to delete it to solve my issue. It did solve it and has caused no other issues.
