Hello Ni community

I need help ...i upgrade to komplete 14 and i 've trouble with my native access ..

Native Access just gets stuck in a loop saying it’s still installing....after downloading librairies.

i can do nothing even when i restart my computer Native access reopen on the same issue ....i can't do nothing actually...

does anyone got the same issue ?

Hey Avozic. A few things here:

Are you installing a product but it keeps saying "Installing..."? If so, either the NTK Daemon has crashed, or the product is installing. On windows, especially for larger products, the installers can take some time, so might need to simply wait a while and eventually it should finish. Otherwise you can reach out to our support team with a daemon.log file attached and they can help you identify what happened.
Are you installing Native Access and you're stuck on installing dependencies? There's a separate thread that might help out in the meantime that should be pinned high up in this category. Likely the NTK Daemon either failed to install or it crashed. Reaching out to support might be able to get you insight as to what's going on and some work arounds.

My only question is how long do certain products take to finish installing? I'm only trying to install two things: The Kontakt 7 Player, which installed smoothly, and then the Fables product. It went along as normal, but now it's just stuck at "Installing..." and has been for numerous hours (I started at around 3pm, it's 8pm now) Will it just take longer or is something wrong?

And just to confirm, Kontakt 7 Player is installed and ready to go, but Fables is stuck in the "Installing..." loop.

@Zachary, a workong NI product installation may take several minutes, but never more than an hour.

Please read my post earlier in this thread which describes, why installations get stuck.

I did some more tests and found out, that downloading multiple times from exactly the same URL results in different files.

Comparing the resulting files shows similar differences but varying count of them.

I checked with "Choir - Omnia", which is about 65 GB in size. I downloaded it three times and compared the files. They all had single byte differences that matched in some way. That means, comparing file 1 to file 2 and file 1 to file 3 showed exactly the same differences (same position, same byte values) BUT, file 3 had only 5 of them while file 2 had 6.

Very interesting!

But it seems that the problem is on the server side!

Did this ever get resolved? I have this same issue and I have no idea what's going on. There's no help anywhere on the internet and Native Instruments can take weeks to address support tickets. Thank you!
