All of the sudden, out of nowhere, in the middle of a project, Native Access suddenly shows no products in my account. It says "Oops... Looks like nothing comes up for "" "

There is nothing available on line in terms of resolving this issue.

Does anyone know what could possible have changed all of the sudden?

Thank you for the response. OK, I panicked.. but after a restart NI auto updated and now everything is fine. Phew..

My guess is that I was copying some samples to another drive in the background, and also installing a library from sonokinetic, and perhaps those background processes threw Native Access off. The restart definately worked it out.

first try a log out of Native Access and then log in again to see if that makes any difference !

Otherwise then since you write "All of the sudden, out of nowhere, in the middle of a project," then apparently you can not be logged into a wrong account. What then springs to mind is some type of alteration in computer OS registry or damage to some files on the hard drive.. Which all of it suggests that you should check health of hard drive(s) and check to see if you got any virus. Else , if using Windows , then try to revert to previous restore point , most likely will not help , but ought to be tried. Else all that I can come up with would be try a un-install followed by a re-install of the Native Access app and if that does not help contact support !

Can I dredge this up again?

This morning when I wanted to open a project containing some Kontakt 6 tracks I received an error message, that Kontakt is not acivtated and I shall do so via NativeAccess. This Windows 11 system I set up about two weeks ago at it was running fine since.

Heading over to NativeAccess I am greeted with the message that "oops" nothing’s found for “”. On the Native Instruments webpage however, all my products are there.

A de- and re-installation of NativeAccess and all other NI products did not help.

Strangely, if I activate the “show legacy products” setting, my libraries are on display, even the pretty new “Valves” one.

It is rediculous how much I rely on Kontakt and its libraries - but there it is. I cannot load any song I am working on atm without it.

    Any quick fixes?
