Missing products in Komplete 14 standard

Bonjour, j'ai récemment acheté le clavier Komplete Kontrol S88 avec l'ajout du logiciel Komplete 14 standard complet offert suite à cet achat, or je me rend compte que je n'ai pas la version complète, dernièrement j'ai eu une mise à jour pour Komplete 14 standard et on me demande de payer 159,20 euros, alors que je suis censé avoir la version complète, quelqu'un a t'il eu le même problème, merci pour vos réponse.

J'ai essayé de contacter le service technique, mais sans résultat, aucuns critères ne correspond à ma demande.

    Ok, I see, so I assume the initial email with the code for Plugin Alliance was also deleted. I copied the text in your last ticket. If you still have issues with anything else missing or with Native Access please do get back to my colleagues with all the relevant information. They have access to your account and are specialised in these issues.

    RE : je l'ai enregistré le jour où j'ai reçu le clavier, c'est ainsi que j'ai pu installer les autres items dans native, au total j'en ai 148 items, mais comparer à la liste instruments et effets inclus qui sont sur leur site, il me manque pas mal de produits.

    Are you sure you are comparing with the right bundle? Standard should contain a total of 126 items. 87 instruments and effects plus 39 expansions. You even have more

    @Al1_2loin As you may have noticed, our forum is in english only, as written before you post or in our code of conduct.

    Please continue in English, you can use online translators.

    My colleagues got back to you on Monday but I'm not sure the description was enough for them to understand the issue.

    Komplete 14 Standard is registered to your account. What products are missing exactly?

    There is an ongoing issue with Native Access at the moment, maybe you also have this: Products missing in Native Access

    Check the steps and see if Native Access shows all the products now.

    Hello, if I compare the list of instruments, effects, expansions ects ....., which are included in Komplete 14 standard on your site, and that I have in my possession, I would miss: BX_Oberhausen, Ozone 10 standard, Plugin Alliance effects, Reaktor Prism & Spark, Soul Sessions, BX_Crispytuner.

    @Al1_2loin What version of Native Access are you using? Is it the last one? https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/ Older versions (Native Access 1) do not permit the installation of Ozone.

    About the Plugin Alliance and Brainworx stuff, this is normal, the installation is not done through Native Access: How to Install KOMPLETE 14's Plugin Alliance Products

    Now we're left with only a couple of products missing, so what's your operating system?

    RE: My operating system is an Imac Retina 5K MacOs Monterey 12.6.8. I had already installed Native Access 2, but problem opening: "Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again" And it's the same thing with each update of native Access 2, that's why I went back to the old Native Access 1. If you give me the procedure to access Native Access 2. Sincerely.

    I think we misunderstood each other, I didn't buy Komplete 14 Standard, I got it for free through the purchase of the S88 mk2 keyboard, so I can't have gotten the redemption code through confirmation email for Komplete 14 standard, that's what Alliance plugin asks me.
