S88 with Komplete 14 Standard Promotion

So I have a support ticket in but I dont know how long I can expect to wait to get a response... But did anyone else run into this problem? I purchased an S88 a couple months ago while they were running a promotion where it comes with Komplete 14 Standard instead of Komplete 14 Select, but after I just registered the S88 serial, it gave me Komplete 14 Select in my Native Instruments account.

And on a separate but related note... Would it be a bad idea to install the Komplete 14 Select while waiting on a reponse or should I wait until I get the Standard so I'm not mixing up installs?

I mean the promotion didn't say anything about having to do that. It said buy it within the timeframe.

How can they know you buyed it in time if you didn’t register it?

At this point, the only thing you can do is open a ticket with support showing them the receipt with the correct date and see if they can help you

I bought directly from the Native Instruments shop. Where I'm pretty sure the invoice (I'll dig it up later) showed it would be Standard Komplete 14

Yeah I'm sure they'll help out... Just a matter of getting through to their support haha. Currently waiting on a ticket.
