why the track takes latency and get stuck?

please, i have the last mac os ventura 13.4.1, an Traktor 3.9.0. When i charge de track and mixing it too they started with a latency. They are clipping even with the buffer preferences and MultiCore activated or not. I don´t know where´s the problem, please some help!

    MacBook (CoreAudio) and it happens with my S3 controller and without it

    So to be clear you use the s3 build in audio interface? And what buffer size have you set, have you tried to increase the buffer size to at least 256 samples or just a higher setting as you have now?

    i´ve tried with all the sizes and it doesn´t work, the audio interface is my macbook, and with controler S3, or in live.

    can you please try to use the audio interface of the s3 if you don´t have already, don´t use the one build into your mac. And maybe have a look here, even if this is for older os: Audio Performance Issues (Drop-outs, Distorted Audio, Timecode Delays) in OS X 10.9 - OS X 10.11 – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

    it happens too:((( in live, with my macbook and with my S3 controller. it´s like the app of traktor is slow. I´m reading that and trying to do all those things. but i think it doesnt work

    Maybe best is to contact support and they maybe can have a look some way. I'm not a mac user myself so I can't help you further. Only thing I remember is that some people here had problems with mac and some USB hubs. And one guy had to totally reinstall the mac - without restore the system from backup!!!.
