The icon disappears from the machine / komplete Kontrol

I was using Windows and this time I came over to Mac.

I installed NI products and they load normally but the icons don't show up.

What should I do?

(Both the Ni application and content are installed on the external hard drive)

Default locations for NI Resources on MAC:

/Users/Shared/NI Resources/dist_database

/Users/Shared/NI Resources/image

Check, and if they are not there, you have to move them there. Content can be on an external drive, but Resources not.

In the end, I solved it by formatting and installing it anew.
