M32 transport control not working in Logic Pro X

hi all,

my new midi keyboard Komplete control M32 transport control not working in the Logic Pro X. When push play, record, stop buttons, nothin happen. Could you please support me to solve the issue

    @Dananjaya Make sure that Logic and Komplete Kontrol both have Full Disk Access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Is everything functional in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

    Thank you very much. It works with Garage band and Cubase properly. I think my Logic Pro issue. Thanks again. 👍

    If the problem is only in Logic you can try deleting this file first (responsible for the control surfaces in Logic):

    Mac HD -> Users -> User Name -> Library -> Preferences -> com.apple.logic.pro.cs

    Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

    Start Logic again and see if it works normally.

    I tried this. Deleted the file. But still issue is same.

    Ok, now try to reset Logic's preferences by deleting this file:

    Mac HD -> Users -> User Name -> Library -> Preferences -> comapple.logic.pro.plist

    Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu.

    This will reset all custom preferences.
