It was working fine. Then it took over my whole screen. Now it is locked at this size with no ability to resize. This is all I can work with. Kontakt Player 6 Mac OS Finale 27
Sorry - figured out it was a finale thing. I opened one of the other racks in the the score, then switched back and it was fine.
Can someone clean up the spam bots please?
โฆor maybe the spam bots will clean up us ๐
Lol this thread is a spammer magnet
๐๐๐
Iโm guessing why specifically THIS thread.
Letโs hope itโs not gonna spread to the whole forum
Holy cow guys, i banned like 15 bots... Next time just tag me, i don't hang out on the Kontakt forum.
Not sure about the @qw3a guy but it seem like a bot too?
Yes - these generic useless non 'answers' I'm seeing in multiple forums seem to be 'AI' generated
Thanks, looking at it again yeah it's kind of obvious, I'm a bit more careful when they don't have links as I don't want to accidentally ban someone who might just give a generic copy-paste answer in case it's a human but i guess with a 1-3 post count that's almost impossible. The forum is decent at stopping the vast majority of spam but some of these smart ones are on another level, even got profile pics and such...
A bot copied your text that said "This thread is filled with spam" and put a link in the spam word... lmao
I've suggested this a few times - don't allow anyone to embed links until they have at least 5 posts - maybe 10. That would weed out most of these bots.
Probably these kind of things depend from the forum provider, not from NI itself
AFAIK the provider doesn't have specific hyperlink permission to assign to ranks, it could be achieved by custom code but don't expect that, getting a web team involved would probably require layers of approval and it would fall low into their priority bucket of 'to-do' ... Bots would just put links as plain text anyway.
This might actually be our fault for not checking the moderation cue often enough, I'm still not used to it, I'll try to check it more regularly.
thanks for good information very useful post it nailed it.
yes it was amazing resolved the issue
To resize the window, locate the edges or corners of the window. Position the cursor over the edge or corner, click and hold the mouse button, then drag the cursor to expand or shrink the window as desired. Alternatively, you can use the window control buttons in the top-right corner, typically represented by symbols like "-" for minimizing, square for maximizing, and an "x" for closing.
Click and drag the corners or edges of the window to resize it.
