How to get Maschine plus to save the key and scale settings across all groups?

I've seen youtube videos showing it working for others maschines but everytime I go into a different group and keyboard mode, I have to change the key and scale settings.

I've looked in the system settings but don't see anything to activate it, I'm new to maschine, so is there something I'm missing?

    It should be working automatically if you add a new group

    is your problem with preexisting groups?
