Komplete Kontrol 49 compatibility

I am a little bit frustrated, I am really thinking about buying the Komplete Kontrol Smart keyboard controllers. The problem that I am running into is that there's not a phone number listed to call Native Instruments and ask questions. I wanted to make sure that my computer is compatible with the controller. Is there anyone out there in the community that could help me out please?

go to natives product page, of the product you want to buy, there are also minimum specs listed - minimum is here the important word - and also there is not one right answer, it depends also on you, do you want to create songs in a DAW, or just play the keyboard live and/or for fun. Are you maybe try to be next hans zimmer with hundreds of tracks in one project - but in general a new i5 or i7, ryzen 5 or 7 should do fine, at least 16 gigabytes of ram, maybe more (it depends), a good audio interface is also important.
