I own komplete 12, when Komplete 14 was released, Kontakt 7 player showed up in native access. But when I installed it, after installing, it showed success, but suddenly, it is still to be installed in native access, why?
@Stephen Bashaw Please look in the download folder selected in your Native Access's preferences and look for the Kontakt installer. Start the installer form there. Did that work?
The error on the bottom should give the answer. You are running Windows 8.1 (according to your profile), but Kontakt 7 (Player) needs Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack).
Can you install it from this installer: Kontakt 7 Player Windows ?
I did of course but it's still not opening. I've ran Native Instruments before.
@Charlie09 Are you able to open other NI programs?
What graphic card driver do you have? Does it support Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature level 11_0) ?

Mine isn't having it either. Along with Komplete Kontrol and FM8.
I've tried going to the download directory of Kontakt 7 but it won't let me execute the installer and also won't let me extract the executable to try elsewhere. Please tell me this isn't a Win 11 issue. I knew there'd be trouble when I gave in and updated from 10.
Slightly annoying given Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol are fairly important components. FM8 less so.
Edit: So although Native Cloud says things aren't installed, both Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol do show up in my DAW (Ableton 11) and work as expected. So the issue is with the Cloud thinking the install process hasn't been successful for whatever reason.
