Kontakt Factory Library 2 belongs to a prodct that is not installed and Massive X is not loading.
I recently Upgradet from Komplete Select to Komplete 14 Standart Version. Some of the invludet Plugins won't open. Even if in Native Access it seems that all Plugins and Instruments are correctly installed. I can not load Kontakt Factory Selection 2 and Massive X. The Tech support could not solve the Issue. Any Tips?

Hello,
have you tried to open kontakt stand alone first, for it to be able to create the database

Hi Uwe. Thanks for Your Support. Yes, I opened the Standalone, but I don't know how to create a Data Base.

Normally it's done automatically if you open it stand alone. You can open your file browser make sure you have "show hidden files" enabled then go to "c:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Native Instruments/kontakt" - you copy all files into another folder as backup, so you can move them back if it does not work. Then you start kontakt stand alone. Also check in native access the install path of the missing libraries/instruments. Does massive x don't show up at all or does it just not open, and in what DAW?
