Native Access shows a bunch of products I do not own

Hey @myalteredsoul, if products show up in your Native Access, that would mean you own them or you have the demo. Maybe try hiding the legacy products?

It shows every NI product. Confirmed I do not own most of em, including the expansions.
Show discontinued products is already disabled. Pretty sure Massive X isn't a legacy product. :-P

Well you still have the 'Installed' and 'Available' tabs. Those are the products you own.

I do not own many the products listed. If I install them, they load in demo mode.

And haven't you had them installed as demo or so, in past? And uninstalled them only partially, so that NA thinks that they should be installed on your computer. But only as Demo.

In that case it is rather strange. The best would be to contact NI Support to sort it out....

Figured it out. The products I do not own match the product list for the Komplete now subscription. Guess it’s still pulling those products from the trial I did ages ago. Sucks there’s no way to remove those.

OK, so it was related to trials at the end.... NI may remove it from your account on the request, I guess.
I wanted to tidy up my user account as I had there tens and tens licences that stayed on my accoun when I sold HW or SW and it was possible.
