Why is the volume so low when using Kontrol S88?

I have a newbie question here. When I click on the "Basic Pure" on the left of this window, the sound is very loud. However, when I load this into the window on the right, the sound coming out is very low using my Komplete Kontrol S88 MKII MIDI controller. Am I missing something? Thank you.

    Your preview volume is high so it’s loud when you browse, turn that down and adjust your speakers to match the correct level of the master output.

    Also note you have different options for the velocity curve in the library:

    You also can experiment with the velocity curve of the s88 itself (press SETUP)
