Will the crossgrade work for me?

This is what the website tells me yet I just purchased the UCE for Komplete 14. I want to know if I purchase this will it work or is this a waste of a purchase?

    It should work. But better would be to register K14U CE to your account and check again.

    The e-shop does not see that you already have K14U CE (Qualifying Product for Crossgrade).

    That's the thing I made sure to register it. But on the off chance that it doesn't work will I be able to get a refund or not?

    But if you have registered it the e-chop should not say you do not own Base Product needed.

    I do not know, if NI would refund the Crossgrade if it shows up you cannot use it.

    There should be no problem to crossgrade. It can take a few hours for your account to register the license, in case you bought K14 UCE very recently.

    I'd suggest to wait a few hours more and contact our order support in case the Crossgrade is still not available.
