quick load crashes kontakt 7

i just updated from kontakt 6 to kontakt 7,, i set up quickload just like i had in kontakt 6 (worked flawlessly) but in kontakt 7 quickload arrows say loading for hours and once i press the loading drop down it crashes in daw mode and stand alone mode ,,,,,,any suggestions

i7 windows 11 16gb ram rtx2070 super

Known issue if you have a large quickload with several thousand entries, the team is on it.

But does “the team is on it” mean we will see progress? It’s a known fact the NI engineers take forever to fix bugs like this and this one is a doozy.

It's not exactly "a doozy", as the problem is actually deeper than you might think. However it will be fixed in the next Kontakt update.
