Is there a Komplete 13 registration grace period (to get komplete 14)?

Why not publish this on the website instead of individuals raising tickets? It'd be a lost more efficient.
Example, I got the update (to K13) from another store couple of months back but not had the chance to install it. Does the grace period begin now or later, if at all?

As I said, there are many variables, too many to list here, so the best is to get in touch with my colleagues, that are specialists on the matter and can check all that for you. They're also available by chat at certain times.

Remember folks, they just had a 50% off sale which SEEMS like it's been running since boxing day last December! Okay, I jest, but only a little bit. My point is, if you bought during that sale, you don't HAVE to upgrade to K14 right away. You probably haven't even gone through half the sounds and a tenth of the capabilities as yet anyway. K13 is and will continue to be a great release for a long time to come. But if you really do have the hots to upgrade to K14, then there's an upgrade price for it too. So there you go 50% off K13 minus whatever your upgrade discount would be for K14. I just looked at my K14 discount, and it's still not a bad deal, and no "grace period" needed.

came here to find out exactly the same, purchased the upgrade to collectors edt on Sep 5th before flying out for a week and just as I am returning I see the announcement on the 12th - couldnt believe it.
Would be a real bummer if there would be no leniency or offer on the table.

I bought Komplete 13 CE and an s61 mkII in June and was told to pound sand. I didn't expect it for free but a little something would have been nice. Just lost a customer for life.
