"Excl. Tax" for Digital Downloads in NY?

Hello, I'm new here. I'm trying to purchase the Komplete 13 ultimate collection before the sale ends.

I live in New York State and my understanding is that Digital Downloads in New York State have no sales tax attached. Yet I'm getting an "Excl. Tax" on my checkout bill for $63. Does anybody know if this is a mistake? Or is it some EU thing?
