Output Rev X Loops doesn't work properly

i recently bought out rev x loops from native instruments site i installed it but when i try to use it it doesn't load like all the other plugins in kontakt but when i audition the sound in on my komplete kontrol i can hear the sounds but when i try to use them they don't work can anyone help me?

@only1alientune This library does not play the loops across the whole keyboard, if you extend the view in Komplete Kontrol or show the keyboard in Kontakt you will see that the loop^s are assigned to certain notes:

Only the blue keys will produce sound, red keys are keyswitches, and in this case they change the pitch of the loops you play on the blue keys.

Hey @only1alientune, do you have more details regarding the issue? What exactly is happening when you open it with Kontakt? What's your OS? Let us know so we can help.

i use windows 11 64 bit when i open kontakt the plugin will open but it doesn't load the sounds but i can hear the sounds when i scroll through on my komplete kontrol
