Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased a Komplete Kontrol MK3. When I first installed it, the start, stop, and record functions worked correctly in Logic.
However, I accidentally updated my Mac to macOS Tahoe. Since then, the control buttons (start/stop/record) no longer work.
I have searched online and found that the issue may be related to the macOS update. I also tried adjusting the settings within Logic, but unfortunately this did not resolve the problem.
Do you have a solution for this issue? If I cannot use these control functions, the product unfortunately does not serve its intended purpose for me.
