I’m having a really confusing issue with Native Instruments licenses and I’m hoping someone here can help me understand what’s going on.
Yesterday I got a loyalty discount, and I bought what I thought was the full version of KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD. I honestly didn’t know it was a crossgrade — I had no idea that a crossgrade required a qualifying base product. I thought I was purchasing the complete product.
When I installed everything, it all showed up as demo in Native Access.
To fix it, today I bought KOMPLETE 15 SELECT, because that should qualify as a valid base product. But even after installing it, everything still shows as demo.
On top of that, I had previously bought Guitar Rig 7 Pro, and that one also shows up as demo for me.

- 11/18/24 – Guitar Rig 7 Pro — $99.50
At this point I’m not sure if I misunderstood how crossgrades work, if Native Access is bugged, or if something is wrong with my account. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be happening?
