Kontakt 8 and KK MK3 keyboard not showing library pictures (although libraries available)

Hello! I've recently migrated to a new PC. I went through the process of downloading all my libraries via Native Access. They are all there and usable. However, in Kontakt (and KK, which I don't use as much), the library pictures do not display - instead, I get the 'whirring' cursor, as if they are loading. If I select one of these libraries, the picture is displayed in Kontakt, but NOT in my KK S61 MK3 keyboard (which is a shame, as it's got a lovely big display). All controls are usable though.

In Kontakt, if I switch to the 'stacked' view (where you get a stack of instruments on the left, and selected on the right) in Classic view, then I do see the instrument pictures in the stack, but still not in the keyboard.

I did search the forums but didn't find anything. Pictures attached. Any ideas folks?

Are these Libs all on the same device?

Make sure you've updated everything: the most recent versions of Hardware Connection Service, Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol, and Kontrol MK3 firmware

Thanks folks. I've double-checked that I have the latest firmware / Hardware Connection Service (2.0.7), latest Kontakt 8 (8.7.2) and latest Komplete Kontrol (3.5.1). I did have to update the firmware, and that was very stressful, as it hung on my new PC, but I managed to do it on my old laptop (which also doesn't exhibit the problems I've mentioned in this thread).

Like I said, I can select instruments / sounds, but I can't see them in the browser and on the keyboard. If you have any suggestions then I'm happy to try them.

I did check directories (my libraries are in c:\users\public\documents as usual) and checked admin permissions to this folder (I am the sole user and have admin rights).

Not sure if it will help but worth a try….

You can also first try the reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

then reboot ,

Then do the Product Pictures are Missing in the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine 2 Browser

then reboot

then check if any of it helped….

Else then check if your AV is blocking or if you have Cloud drives that are Syncing with folders used by Kontakt (or documents folders containing data)(turn off the general cloud sync.) Also Kontakt has sometimes shown sensitive to the use of network drives (even when not used by Kontakt) , especially when the drives are not attached - though it's extremely hard for me to evaluate what is in play here (not being privy to any of the technical details of any of it…)

Thanks for the suggestions, I tried some of this, and so far it seems to have worked! I'm not sure I trust it all though, so will check more. Going into file systems and manually-deleting files is always a bit worrying (a bit like hacking the registry).
