I've recently purchased Prime Bass, but it says it won't work in Kontakt 6.6.1 [which I have], yet I can't update to 6.7
Kontakt 6.7 doesn't support W7 anymore. At least the installer. If you have a W10 machine you can install latest Kontakt there then copy the executable and plugin DLLs over and they will work in W7 still. But support for W7 is not there anymore in principle and practice.
What system have you got and why can't you update?
I'm working on a PC with windows 7 professional and have had no prior problems with Kontakt or any of the session guitarist add ons. In my native access is just says Kontakt 6.6.1 with no updates
What if you are having this same problem but running MacOS 10.13.6? There is no update in Native Access for Kontakt 6.7!
Update your OS. Kontakt 6.7 requires macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher.
