Yup. It's a new bug.
You can get the function to work if you map a button of your controller or a key of your keyboard to the command using the controller manager.
Hopefully this gets fixed quickly.

I already tested mapping “Append to Preparation List” via Controller Manager. On 4.3.0 the command is not executed at all — the trigger is ignored — so the issue is not only the right-click menu but the function itself being disabled in this build.
Yes. We've worked that out already… :) The combo command (Add or Remove) can be mapped and is working.
