Second hand Maschine MK 3 (serial cleared with NI)

I'll keep it short and sweet. What is the process to get Native access and Maschine 2 to see my newly purchased secondhand MKS controller? The serial has been cleared and registered in my Native Access. How do I get the software to acknowledge the controller?

@Jeremy_NI I've people sell second hand mk3 without a clear s/n's so I wondering reputably stores who sell second mk3 free and clear

I bought mine second hand off of reverb and communicated directly with the seller who had to go on native access and release the serial. Purchased other Native hardware from guitar center and did not get number and have had no response from Native, except the chatbot telling me to just buy the software and forget about it.

It is still not working. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Even if you buy used from Guitar Center the chances of that serial being cleared it almost nil.

If the original owner did clear it, an employee at the store (or some patron who would walk up and flip it around) likely took the serial and registered it to steal the software.
