I had Ruby on my USB SSD drive. I reinstalled it on C: drive. The Regular libraries are now missing. What should I do, to get them back?
Your post invites way more questions than possible answers. Did you initially download and install Electric Ruby on the SSD drive through Native Access? When you see the entry in Native Access for Electric Ruby and you click on the three … to the far right and select Installation Paths, what is it pointing to, and does that location still exist with the library?
Yes to Native Access. Ruby loads in Kontakt Player. It gives me the Melody banks, but not Regular. My other three Session Guitarists load fully. The file path takes me to Session Guitarist - Electric Ruby Deluxe.nict
I uninstalled and reinstalled. I still don't have the Regular banks.
Try uninstalling Session Guitarist - Electric Ruby Deluxe again
and if there then also remove the Session Guitarist - Electric Ruby Deluxe from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
Then also check if Session Guitarist - Electric Ruby Deluxe is still on the old location on external drive (from before that you moved it) , if so then also remove that ,
then reboot computer
Then download Session Guitarist - Electric Ruby Deluxe from Account downloads and install it manually as an Admin.
.
If it still does not work then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
Hopefully the above will help , if not then please contact N.I. Support (all)

I tried the deleting and rebooting. Ruby isn't in my download list, maybe from having been bought third-party. The serial number was accepted by Native Installer, and Ruby was fully working before I moved it to C: drive.

Sorry , I checked I do not have it for download on my download page either , N.I. appear to having not added it yet.
I advice you to contact support as already advised by me above.
I've now taken it to Support. Thank you for your help
Support told me to delete the json and reinstall Ruby. It now has full library.
