How does one activate Ozone 12 Equalizer?

So I installed the freebie Ozone 12 Equalizer via Native Access. No problems there. But when I try to use it, I can only run it in trial mode.

The two activation options it gives me are:

1 - 'Activate in Product Portal', which is impossible since it doesn't even appear anywhere in product portal (only the various versions of the Ozone suite do), and

2 - 'Manual Authorization' which is also impossible since when I copy paste the serial (which is now hidden away on the 'request a transfer' page for some bizarre reason), it says it is invalid.

Anybody manage to activate it?

Hey everyone, thanks for your reports:

We have identified an issue where the Ozone 12 EQ license incorrectly displays a trial mode notification.

To resolve this, simply click 'Continue in Trial Mode' when the pop-up appears. The EQ plugin will work without limitations and will remain authorized even after the trial period expires. You will need to do this every time you open your DAW again and load a new instance of the plug-in.

Our development team is working on a permanent fix. We apologize for any confusion this has caused.

You need to get it together NI.
Start off by removing any links to the izotope portal since the links are stale (ie NOT FOUND)

Also when trying to open a support ticket, your chat bot says that the support desk is currently closed and that a support ticket will be automatically generated. Well, it does generate the ticket but no request from NI to input valid details of the issue. I guess it simply opens a blank ticket.

There is no way to retrieve serial numbers of izotope installed products.

I find that since NI merged with Izotope, it is being run by Mickey Mouse and QA support by Abbott and Costello.

Please address these complaints.

We're really sorry for this cosmetic issue. We're working on a fix as we speak.

I would like to address your issues with contacting support. This is definitely not expected and I can't find a request from you. Did you use the same email address as on the forum?
