How to get rid of these 'Available items' I can't install

Hello,
I would appreciate to remove these old items, circled in red on the picture, which I can't install as they are obsolete.
I must add that in the NA options Show discontinued products is not activated.
I parsed my storage to find them but they are nowhere in logical places for NI. And also not in the list of installed App in Windows.
I also tried to delete the NA xml file but they always get included again when file is recreated by NA.

Hello CSurieux,

If you want these products to not appear, we can deregister it from your account.

However, the reason that you see the Abbey Road Drums as "Add Product", is because these were discontinued and re-released as Abbey Road Drummer version.

So, if you want to make use of it, we can replace it with the newer version so you will be able to install and make use of it. Would you like to do that, or you still would like to deregister both of them from your account?

Do you have "Show discontinued products" set in the Legacy Products tab in Preferences? If so, unticking it might remove those old products.

I know they have been discontinued, I own a Komplete 14 Collector and Komplete 15 Ultimate so I have the new 'Drummer' version.
There is no reason they appear here, they are not in the licenses I could deregister.

I don't want to use them, simply that they disappear from Native Access.

Do every one owning Komplete have them available in NA ?

It is a clear bug.
